CONTIN-CD

Applications:

This version of CONTIN is specialized to the estimation of protein secondary structure content from far-uv circular dichroism. It has been applied by others to data from Raman and IR spectra.
It is running in hundreds of laboratories with a wide variety of computers.

Download by clicking on the 7 files below and saving them from your browser (e.g., with "Save As..." in Netscape's "File" menu). (You can also exit your browser and use FTP to download everything in the directory pub/contin-cd/ on the anonymous FTP server ftp.s-provencher.com)

You need a Fortran compiler, except that the following executable may work on your Linux system: contin-cd-linux.gz (about 112kB).
