CONTIN-CD

Applications:

This version of CONTIN is specialized to the estimation of protein secondary structure content from far-uv circular dichroism. It has been applied by others to data from Raman and IR spectra.
It is running in hundreds of laboratories with a wide variety of computers.

You need a Fortran compiler, except that the following (gzip'd) executable may work on your Linux system: contin-cd-linux.gz ( 112kB),
or the following executable may work on your MS Windows system: contin-cd-windows.exe ( 640kB).
