Downloading LCModel with FTP

You can instead use anonymous FTP from outside your browser with the following information:

FTP hostname: ftp.s-provencher.com

userid: anonymous

password: guest or <your e-mail address>

transfer mode: binary

The files are in the directory pub/LCModel/programs

For example, in a UNIX shell, enter commands like:


      ftp ftp.s-provencher.com
      
anonymous
      
<your e-mail address>
      
cd pub/LCModel/programs
      
binary
      
get lcm-???.tar

bye

Use linux, sgi or dec in place of ??? above. (Don't forget binary above.)

You can now proceed with installation and testing.
